Each launch is live for 1 week and during this time you will be able to purchase. Once this period has ended or all the units have sold out (whichever happens first) you will no longer be able to purchase.

We don’t like waste which is why we pre-order a certain amount of fabric in advance, this  means we can only make a limited number of garments that have already been matched with their loving owners before they get made.

Please allow 3-5 weeks for your order to be made and please see below average shipping times for your order to be dispatched. Please note due to the nature of the business delays can happen but we always do our best to limit these:

UK: 1-3 working days from date of dispatch

EUROPE SHIPPING:  2-5 working days from date of dispatch

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: 3-7 working days from date of dispatch

Each piece is hand-numbered to show the order in which it was made, and how many there are in the world. It is also signed by the seamstress who made it as part of our pledge to be as transparent as possible, while bringing meaning and connection back to our clothes.

All garments are printed and made with love in the UK to ensure we keep control of the quality of each item but also to reduce our carbon emissions from transportation.

Yes we do! Please review our Shipping Policy on local taxes and duties for all orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom. 

If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Please note that we do not have control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. 

Please note you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach of any such laws.

Yes we accept returns within 28 days of delivery, please review our Returns Policy for further information on how to return your order.

All items are made to order in limited quantities therefore, we can't promise an exchange will be possible, but the earlier you ask us, the better your chances will be.

All products are made to order in limited edition batches to avoid any waste, this means once it’s gone, it’s gone forever.

All Sample Sales Items are final, no refunds or exchanges are granted. Items are either original samples, prototypes or press samples. These items may have slight defects which reflect in the price. Please refer to the Returns Policy for more information.

In the rare event that your item is faulty, please contact Customer Care at ciao@alessandrareli.com and we will review it on a case by case basis, we may ask you to send photos.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery. You can find your tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email.

All Shipping Confirmation emails will include a tracking number for your reference.

Please allow 10 working days for your money to show up in your account. This depends on your payment provider's processing times.
