Refund policy
We spend months making each product the very best it can be. Hopefully, that means we'll have made something you love. But if there's any reason you'd like to return your item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of the product we can only offer you a refund provided that it is returned in its original and unworn condition and all tags, cards and/or packaging sent with your order are included with your return. Any items returned to Alessandra Reli that have been worn with tags removed will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the Customer. Any orders returned outside of the 30 day return policy will not be accepted.
Please notify ciao@alessandrareli.com on the day of receipt of your order if any item has been delivered without tags or is faulty.
How to return your order
Initially, please email us with your Name and Order Number at ciao@alessandrareli.com to express your wish to return your item. If we confirm that it is within the agreed 30 day window and we agree to review your return, you will need to arrange for it to be sent to us fully tracked to the address below and including all of the below information within the parcel:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Reason for Refund
- Tracking Details
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless faulty/damaged items are received by the Customer. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until received at the address below. The refund will be processed once we have received the item back at our address and we have checked it over.
We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. Please note Alessandra Reli does not accept responsibility for returned orders lost in transit.
International Returns
If you are sending your item back from outside of the UK, follow all of the above steps and clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. Otherwise, the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item purchased but not the cost of shipping.
Please be aware that all 'Import Fees' are not refunded for shipments being returned from outside the United Kingdom. It is the customers responsibility to guarantee all returning orders arrive back with Alessandra Reli at the above address within the 30 day return time-frame.
Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it to make sure the item hasn’t been worn, and is in perfect condition, if so a return will be issued. Please allow 10 working days for your money to show up in your account. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would notify you and return it back to you and no refund would be issued.
Exchanges
As we make to order, we can't promise an exchange will be possible, but the earlier you ask us, the better your chances will be. Please start by sending us an email to ciao@alessandrareli.com including all of the below information:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Alternate item, size, colour etc. you would like to swap it for
If the alternate size or colour is available, you will need to arrange a return for the incorrect item to be sent back to us by following the steps above. We will hold the new item for you and once we have received the incorrect item we can then process your exchange and send the new item out to you.
If the alternate size or colour is not available, you can choose to keep your item or to request a refund excluding shipping, customs and import duties if you are within the 30 day window.
For international exchanges, we will need to charge shipping costs for replacement items, as a small business we are unable to cover this cost.
For all returns or exchanges please ensure to include a note with the following information within your parcel as well so that we can process it as quickly as possible for you:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Refund or Exchange
- Tracking Details
Sample Sale Items
All Sample Sales Items are final, no refunds or exchanges are granted. Items are either original samples, prototypes or press samples. These items may have slight defects which reflect in the price. We aren't able to make any exceptions, all items are sold as seen and defects will be noted in the description of each product.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty when you receive it, we are really sorry about this. Due to all items being made to order by real people, sometimes this can happen. However, we will work to rectify this problem for you as quickly as possible. Please email ciao@alessandrareli.com as soon as your order is received and within our 30 day policy. If you inform Alessandra Reli after the 30 day period of items being faulty, we will endeavour to fix your item as soon as possible but we are NOT able to offer an exchange or refund.
Faulty items returned to us within our 30 day policy will be reviewed and inspected and if necessary will be replaced if stock is available. If the item is out of stock we will be in touch with you to confirm whether you would prefer to receive a refund or to exchange for an appropriate alternative.
Any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
